Call for speakers Nordic VR Forum 2024

We invite speakers to discuss and share new VR, AR, and Metaverse trends. Among different fields using XR, we are interested in (but not limited to): healthcare, cultural heritage, city planning, education, storytelling, entertainment, gaming, and cyber security. We also encourage to include implementation in your presentation regardless of topic.  

In addition, we want to hear from you if you're pushing boundaries in these areas through tech advancements or research. 

Submit your presentation proposal before the 1st of June.

We will provide complimentary entry and meals at the venue. However, travel and accommodation expenses will not be covered.

We are always interested in what is happening in the world of #XR - inside of Norway and

internationally!

Research Track: Designed for presenters to showcase their Extended Reality (XR) related research projects. Presentations should last 9 minutes.

Pitch: Speakers have a 3-5 minute window to promote their innovative XR-related ideas or projects.

Presentation: Lasting 12 or 18 minutes, these speeches should deliver valuable XR insights to attendees, with an emphasis on substance over commerciality.

Workshop - Facilitate a session with the aim to provide attendees with profound insights into XR technologies, prioritizing educational content over commercial messages.
