River Ridge Royal Sound Band 5th Annual Car Show Pre- Registration Form
We are grateful for your interest in supporting our Car Show! 100% of profits from this event go directly towards purchasing new instruments, purchasing music, and sponsoring students.

If you are registering multiple cars, please fill out a new google form for each vehicle.

CASH ONLY PAYMENTS
$20 for Pre-registration (Pre- Registration will close 02/07 at 11:59PM) pay on-site 
$25 for On-Site Registration. 

CAR SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Exhibitor’s vehicles must be pre-registered before February 8th or registered during the designated registration time 11:00am to 2pm, no exceptions. GATES OPEN at 10:30am for on site registration.

3. Award Categories:

        - Best Motorcycle
        - Best Special Interest
        - Best in Show

4. The Owner/Exhibitor will classify their vehicle. Our judges will double check the registration, if our judges deem your car registered in the wrong category, your car will be moved to the correct category. 

5. Exhibitor’s entry number must be clearly displayed on the driver’s side windshield to be judged.

6. Judges must have access to all areas of the show vehicle including trunk, interior, and engine compartment. Judges WILL NOT open these areas for evaluation, and points may not be awarded.

7. It is recommended you are available at judging to address any questions presented to you by the judges.

8. The Car Show Judges decisions are final. Tie breakers will be made by the judges after a short evaluation and possible re-inspection.

9. All vehicles must remain in the show area for the duration of the show. WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR AWARDS, We will photograph you and your car with your award and send the photos to you via email. Awards ceremony time will be at 3:30 pm.

10. Family Friendly event. No Burnouts, No Excessive Revving. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY.

All participants agree to abide by the City of New Port Richey, River Ridge High School, & venue regulations. All participants shall abide by State, County & Local Laws. Participants agree to release River Ridge High School and venue of any liability, damages, loss, or theft while attending.

  • Antique: Vehicles built on or before 1944, both foreign and domestic, restored to a condition resembling manufacturer appearance.
  • Classic: Vehicles built between 1945 and 1985, both foreign and domestic with historical significance, timeless design, and enduring appeal.
  • Muscle, Classic: High-performance American made 2-door coupes built between 1949 thru 1982 with large displacement engine and aggressive styling.
  • Muscle, Modern: Same as above, built on or after 1983.
  • Sports car:  2 door, 2 seater or 2+2, either hardtop or convertible. Designed for performance, with an emphasis on acceleration, handling, top speed, and the driving experience. 
  • EURO:  All model years and makes/models of legendary European auto marques.
  • Import (JDM, KDM): All model years and makes/models manufactured in Japan and South Korea.  Stock or otherwise.
  • Jeep: Any custom or stock Jeep.
  • Motorcycle: Any motorcycle.
  • Special Interest: A vehicle uniquely distinguishable from the usual, and/or designed for a particular purpose, such as custom/modified, off-roaders, lowriders, lifted trucks, race cars, EVs, military vehicles, or built to a specific and unusual theme, either of which would generate interest because of its uniqueness.
