"Take Care of One Another"
During her artist residency as part of our upcoming exhibition, “From the Ground Up: Peters Valley School of Craft” fiber artist and activist Cynthia Alberto will weave on a tapestry titled, “Take Care of One Another.”

In this project, Alberto has asked the Hunterdon Art Museum community to share messages of healing. Written on strips of textile, these messages of hope will join together in a woven tapestry that is a metaphor and an act of community solidarity.

Please consider submitting a message of healing and come to see Cynthia Alberto working on October 4, 10, 17, and 24 in the 1st-floor gallery from 11 am – 5 pm.

We look forward to having you be part of this work.
