Thank you for applying for The Discussion Project (TDP). To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be teaching an on-campus (UW–Madison), face-to-face course with less than 50 students in the semester following the first two days of the training.
- Be available to attend both full-day sessions (8:30-4:30) and the half-day session (8:30-12:30), dates below.

DP participants will receive either a $300 or $500 research participant payment for completing all study requirements:
- Attending all training sessions
- Completing the participant surveys
- Distributing the student survey link
- Participating in at least 6 hours of instructional consultation (for the $500 payment)

The application is not on a first-come-first-served basis, and we have limited availability for teaching assistants. For the purposes of our study, we will be constructing cohorts based on a number of factors. We will contact you as soon as we can to confirm participation. We will aim to notify participants 6 weeks in advance of the training for which they are confirmed.
