Naked Meditation is practiced without clothes and without inhibitions. The session is practiced naked to develop a sense of love and compassion for our own bodies and to help us feel comfortable in our own skin. As with all our naturist activities, there is no sexual element to this class. Any inappropriate behaviour will be dealt with immediately and the person will be asked to leave. We are creating a safe space for people to feel comfortable and relaxed while working through breathing and meditation.
