ANYONE ATTENDING OUR IN-PERSON SERVICE MUST:

1. Wear their mask in the building with the following exemption: 12 years or under, performing, eating, drinking, or having medical documentation.

2. Keep the 2 meters physical distancing between households, or 2 close contacts for those living alone.

3. Ensure that anyone attending with you is not experiencing any symptoms of illness, including symptoms that resemble a cold. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: cough, fever, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, runny nose, stuffy nose, sore throat, painful swallowing, headache, chills, muscle or joint aches, feeling unwell in general, new fatigue, or severe exhaustion, gastrointestinal symptoms (such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or unexplained loss of appetite), loss of sense of smell or taste, or pink eye.
