Peralta District PTA - Convention Grant Application Form
This grant is offered to help with the Convention registration.

•  Applications deadline March 31, 2023 - EXTENDED to April 17th 5 pm

Before applying, please read the information document:

Application is not complete without including your current Budget and Association approved Meeting Minutes.
Please send these by email to grants.pdpta@gmail.org and include your PTA name in the subject line.

To make this grant more accessible to unit is need and to make it equitable, selection will be made on the basis of financial need, number of grants already received this year, number of delegates being sent from the PTA, need for the unit to attend the convention, and other relevant criteria.
