I will use the Vanco mobile app available in an app store. Find Hamilton Presbyterian Church and give through the "Harvest Festival" option. I will identify myself by business or personal name given on this form.

I will mail my payment in the form of a check made payable to Hamilton Presbyterian Church and will mail/drop it to 4500 Hamilton Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15236.

I prefer to pay in cash and will drop it off at Hamilton Presbyterian Church, 4500 Hamilton Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
