To be added to our waitlist, we require you fill out our application AND PAY A $100 DEPOSIT upon approval! If you do not wish to pay the deposit to hold your spot in our waitlist, we will delete your application. We will review your answers and reach out to you in a timely manner! We honor the order applications are received, and will transfer that order to our waitlist order. Upon approval of your application, we will be in contact with you! Do you agree to spay/neuter your puppy no later than 2 years old? You must provide proof of surgery to us within 24 hours of spay/neuter.  *
If for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy at any stage in his/her life, do you agree to return him/her to Blacktail Mountain Corgis, and do you understand you will NOT receive a full refund? *
Do you agree to take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your puppy from us? If you fail to agree, you will not receive any protection from our health guarantee. *
