PK Drop In Care Form

The following conditions must be met to utilize Drop In Care:

1. Currently enrolled MCA Preschool
2. Available space in the classroom
3. At least 24 hours advanced notice given to the PK Director (or arranged on Friday for a Monday change)
4. This form completed
5. There will be a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 for all drop in care.

Charges for Drop In care will be billed to your FACTS account under the Incidentals Section. Late pick up or additional time outside of the normal care timeframe will result in a flat rate of $25 per hour.

For Half Day Selections - Please be sure to provide your child with a lunch and snack for their time with us.
