Injury prevention. Workshop and Practice space


Together with Naprapat and Shibari practitioner Anton Lagerblad (https://www.curafuturi.se/terapeuter/) you will learn more in depth about nerve and vascular effects in relation to Shibari; dangers, myths and preventive work.

You will get to know the nerves that are affected by the ropes and practice communication and technique in order to reduce the risk of injuries. Theory will be alternated with practical experimentation.

- Basic anatomy/physiology of vessels and nerves 
- Ideas and myths about nerve damage 
- Red flags for potential nerve damage 
- Conceptual approach to injury management 
- Practical application

ROPE JAM:

The workshop will end with an open jam, so bring your ropes and enjoy!

This class is for people on all levels.

You can both sign up alone or come with a friend or partner.

In the classes we will practice together and with each other, meaning we will change partners and meet people of all genders. We will also actively work on creating a safe space and to practice asking ouselves what we want and not and communicate this. *
The classes will be held in Swedish, unless there are participants who do not speak Swedish, then the class will be in English. *
