Everybody’s somebody at Snellville Performing Arts, The Place Where Snellville’s Artists Go to Grow and we are so excited to welcome you to our 2022 Summer Season! This summer, your rising stars will develop existing talents and discover new ones through multiple camp offerings in Dance, Theatre, Art, and Service!

**SOLD OUT** DANCE CAMP - ENCANTO (AGES 4-10)
JUNE 6TH-10TH MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-1PM
PARENT MINI-PERFORMANCE FRIDAY JUNE 10TH AT 1PM
**Includes a visit and story time with Mirabel and photo for each camper!
Be a part of the family Madrigal this summer at our Encanto Dance Camp! Our casita (AKA our dance studio!) will be decorated so campers feel transported to Colombia where the family Madrigal lives. Campers will learn dance routines to songs from the soundtrack, create Encanto inspired crafts, and participate in themed drama games both outdoors and indoors during our week together.  Mirabel will be stopping by one day for a special story time and photos with each camper!  We can't wait for you to join our fiesta inspired by this new Disney classic!  This camp will run 8am-1pm Monday-Friday and will close with a short free performance to one of our favorite songs from the movie!  There is a $175 fee associated with this one-week camp.

DANCE CAMP - DISNEY MAGIC (AGES 4-10)
JUNE 20TH-24TH MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-1PM

**Includes a visit from a different Disney character every day and photo & autograph for each camper!
Can't get enough Disney Magic?  Neither can we!  Join in the fun this summer during our Disney Magic Dance Camp and learn dance routines to songs from your favorite Disney movies, create Disney inspired crafts, and participate in themed drama games both outdoors and indoors during our week together. One of the most exciting things about this camp week is that campers will be visited by a different Disney character to dance along with every day!!  Campers will get a photo with each day's character and have the chance to fill their special camp autograph book all week long!  This camp will run 8am-1pm Monday-Friday and will close with a short free performance to one of our favorite songs from a beloved Disney classic!  There is a $175 fee associated with this one-week camp.

DANCE CAMP - TASTE OF DANCE (AGES 4-10)
JULY 4TH-JULY 8TH MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-1PM
PARENT MINI PERFORMANCE JULY 8TH AT 1PM
Does your little one absolutely LOVE dance?  Then this is the camp for your family!  Each day, our Taste of Dance camp will focus on a different style of dance, giving dancers the chance to learn a variety of techniques, do crafts, and learn fun choreography to show off at the end of the week!  This camp will run 8am-1pm Monday-Friday and will close with a short free performance showing off some of the moves we learned all week!  There is a $175 fee associated with this one-week camp.

PERFORMANCE CAMP - 101 DALMATIANS KIDS! (AGES 7-12)
JULY 11TH-JULY 22ND (TWO WEEKS) MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM
PERFORMANCE JULY 22ND AT 7PM
Snag your SPOT for this two-week musical theatre production camp and enjoy all the excitement of a full-length production condensed into two crazy fun weeks! Based on the classic animated film, Disney's 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a “fur-raising” adventure featuring Cruella deVil, and 101 of the most courageous puppies. With a high-spirited score and lovable characters, this stage adaptation will charm, delight and be a "fur-tastic" musical adventure for all audiences!  During this two-week musical theatre production camp, student performers will learn choreography, music, blocking, and more, all building up to an incredible performance of Broadway Junior's 101 Dalmatians Kids!   Campers will be asked to sing one-minute of a musical theatre or Disney song for auditions on the first day of camp (every camper will be cast in the show).  Roles will be given out the first day and scripts will be sent home with each camper.   This camp will run 8am-5pm Monday-Friday for both weeks and close with a 7pm performance on Friday, July 22nd.  There is a $350 performance fee associated with this two-week camp.
**Note: Tickets for the production will go on sale July 11th for $5 each. Performers will stay at SPA the entire performance day, from 8am until after the show ends Friday evening.

ART & SERVICE CAMP - BE KIND; DO GOOD COMPASSION CAMP (AGES 4-10)
JUNE 13TH-JUNE 17TH MONDAY-FRIDAY
Want to teach your kids to be more kind and thoughtful this summer, while also having great fun with plenty of activities, crafts, and positivity?  Want it to be a little bit magical and jam-packed with memories, too? Then join us for fun week focusing on being kind and doing good through acts of kindness and compassion daily for our community and the world around us! This camp will run 8am-1pm Monday-Friday.  There is a $175 fee associated with this one-week camp.

Below, you will find further information regarding registration, policies, practices, contracts, etc. We have worked very hard putting together an exciting, entertaining, engaging, and educational summer program that we are thrilled to experience with you!

GENERAL INFORMATION
COVID-19 GUIDELINES:
Masks are suggested, but not required for our Dance Camps; masks are required for performers during rehearsals for 101 Dalmatians Kids.    Based on CDC information and guidelines, this is subject to change, so please make sure students have a mask with them in case of any reported changes to our current Community Level.

DAILY SCHEDULE:
Campers should arrive daily between 8:00am-8:30am.  The last ten minutes of each day will be utilized for packing up, tidying up our work areas, and preparing for dismissal so that student performers are available to leave on time.

ATTIRE & MATERIALS:
We suggest that children come dressed in athletic or dancewear, ready to move, including sneakers or jazz shoes (depending on which camp you choose).   ALL SPA Summer on Stage campers will need to bring a towel or yoga mat, a refillable water bottle, a packed lunch (that they can access, open, and eat independently) and healthy snacks daily.

Hold Harmless Agreement:  I understand that with any activity there is a chance of injury or sickness to a person or damage to personal property. Covid-19 Agreement/Release:  According to the GCPBSA, businesses, individuals, and other entities cannot be held liable for damages involving a COVID-19 liability claim, unless the claimant can show that the entity’s actions involved “gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm.”  Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19.  You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.  At Snellville Performing Arts, we have implemented an extensive set of standard operative procedures to ensure that our studio is sanitized, visitors are limited, social distancing procedures are in place, etc.  We are doing everything that we reasonably can in order to prevent exposure for our students, staff and families.  By signing below, you are indicating an understanding of this information.
