Jeffersonville High School Band and Guard

Members Contract

I have read the Jeffersonville Band and Guard Handbook and understand what is
expected of me as a member of the Jeffersonville High School Band and Guard
Program. I hereby agree to participate in the following activities of the Jeffersonville
High School Band and Guard:

ALL Rehearsals for the Marching and Concert Seasons.
ALL Home football / basketball games – as specified by the director.
ALL Marching Contests
ALL Concerts and Performances – as specified by the director
ALL other activities as specified by the directors of the Jeffersonville High School Band
and Guard for the 2020-2021 school year.

I also agree to be responsible for the financial obligation to the Jeffersonville High
School Band and Guard Program as outlined in the Fundraising/Financial Obligations
Schedule. It is my understanding that I am responsible for raising extra funds and/or
providing the money for overnight or extended trips during the 2020-2021 school year. If
applicable, it is my responsibility to pay the instrument/equipment use fee.

I agree to act as a responsible band or guard member and citizen of the school when
representing our band and the school to others. I agree to comply with the student
rules/expectations as outlined by the director, and to comply with all code of conduct
rules as outlined in the Jeffersonville High School and Greater Clark County Schools
Handbook, when representing the school.

I understand that due to the nature of events due to COVID-19 that information regarding schedules and financial obligations and due dates may be in flux.  I agree to be accountable to the above responsibilities as they are announced and are able to be published in our JHS Band Handbook.

(NOTE:  Please us last year's band handbook available at jeffersonvillebands.org as a guide.  The only changes that may occur will be in scheduling and the structure of financial obligations.  All other rules and policies will remain consistent.)
