Complete this form to return product to Pepsi. You cannot return product directly back to Pepsi, you must go through the Booster Club to make a return.

Pepsi Return Protocol:

1) Returns must be submitted on Sunday by 6 PM. Returns will be processed Monday morning to be picked up on our normal delivery day of Wednesday.

2) Product must have 56 days of shelf life left from the "Sell By Date" printed on the product bottle.

3) Only full cases of product are eligible for return. You cannot mix products to form a full case.

4) Boosters will not provide credit for partial cases (you may donate partial cases to concessions).

5) It is the responsibility of the person who ordered your team's product to initiate a return in the required time frame. If the product is unable to be returned, your team is responsible for the cost of the product.
