To be eligible for Extended Day Care during the school closure period your student MUST currently be enrolled in either Kids Korner or Outpost.  We are collecting information regarding the care needed during the school closures.  Please provide the following information regarding your child care needs.  This form will need to be completed for each student needing care by Monday, March 16 at 12 PM.
