If you don't receive a response from me after 2 weeks, I am currently full and not able to accept new clients. Please check back or inquire about a list of in-network providers from your insurance company.
I accept the following insurances: Tricare, BCBS, SAS, Lockard & Williams, and Fox-Everett. If you do not have one of these insurances, you will be a cash-pay/out of network client. This increases your out of pocket costs compared to an in-network provider. If you have a question about your costs for out-of-network care, please call your insurance provider.
I do not have any appointments available in the after-school hours, at this time.
