K-Pop Fan Practices Questionnaire
Hi everyone! I am conducting this survey to help me in my final paper about common fan practices and phenomenon within the K-Pop industry for one of my courses. It will be completely anonymous, but I will ask for specific demographic information (age, race, sexuality, etc.) in order to draw patterns and conclusions for my research. YOUR NAME AND EMAIL WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.

My main demographic is college students or 18-26 year olds, with a desired focus on Black and queer people. I will gladly take any response that sheds a light on your personal experience within this fandom, and the happenings you have seen take place.

The following questions will ask you about your opinions and experiences with both negative and positive experiences within the fandom, with topics such as community-building, streaming new songs, escapism, infantilizing idols, cultural appropriation, queer shipping, and anti-Blackness.

The survey should take about 25-30 minutes, and I would gladly appreciate if all questions could be answered. There will be a mix of multiple choice, short answer, and long answer questions.

Thank you so much!!!
