There was some news recently about security issues of the Zoom meeting software.  The developers already corrected those vulnerabilities, but to enforce the security of our webinar, we have introduced the following rules:
1. The meeting will not be public, it will be available only for registered users.
2. The conference will have a randomly generated ID.
3. The meeting will be locked down after it starts. If somebody belated, the administrator will let in her/him manually.
4. The screen sharing, file sharing, web camera and microphone will be turned off for the audience. You will see and hear only the presentation or the compere. You can ask questions related to the presentation by typing it to the chat room.
5. Despite rumors, the Zoom is unsuitable for spreading malicious software (computer virus, ransomware, malware, etc).
