Vendor Guidelines
1. Vendors will wear masks at all time.
2. Socially distancing will be required between vendors.  
3. Trick or Treaters will be required to stay in the vehicle.
4. Vendors will not being entering or reaching into the cars, windows or trunks of participant vehicles.  Candy will be dropped in the bag outside the vehicle windows.
5. There will be no food vendors selling on site.
6. Vendors are not allowed to handout homemade or baked goods as treats.
7. All Candy (treats) will be individually wrapped.

 2020 General Release: I have agreed to set up a booth as part of the 2020 Halloween Bash, and in consideration thereof, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bastrop YMCA, City of Bastrop and all of it’s sponsors, and any and all officers, directors, employees, volunteers and agents, from any and all damages, claims or liabilities or judgement arising from the undersigned’s activities engaged during this event.  These are to include but are not limited to, attorney’s fees incurred in the defense of an action and any other costs, fees or penalties associated with such defense against the above mentioned entities and unnamed sponsors.
