CDL Costume Parade Oct. 31st 2023
We invite you to participate in this year's CDL Costume Parade. Tables will be set up along the outside of the Quad. The CDL staff, children and families will walk around the Quad visiting each table along the way. Departments who RSVP and choose to participate will have a table available the day of the parade. Departments are encouraged to decorate and dress up but please be mindful of keeping decorations and costumes child friendly.

Tables should be setup by 8 am to allow departments to decorate if they so choose. We expect the children to begin leaving the CDL around 9:15 am and arrive at the quad around 9:30am. All children should have made their way around the Quad by 10:30am.

***The children will enter the quad in between Memorial Gym and Matthews Daniels.***

Below are a few guidelines that we must keep in mind while planning this event.
  • NO PEANUTS! - Some children have significant nut allergies where even touching items with peanuts can be dangerous!
  • All candy and child friendly treats from a department should be prepackaged or in a ziploc or treat bag. This makes it easier for the children to get their treat at each table.
  • Each department that wants to participate needs to confirm the number of tables needed by Friday Oct. 27th. Please confirm the number of tables by emailing Angie Smith angiesmith@tntech.edu

The families at the CDL look forward to this event every year. Please consider participating in the annual CDL Costume Parade.
