You will then receive a committee roster reflecting the number of delegates you have registered, accompanied by your corresponding invoice. The invoice will detail the specific deadlines for payment submission and delegate assignment. Please note that your delegate preferences will be secured only after we receive confirmation of your payment, which can be made electronically or via check to the following address:

In the event of any alterations to the number of participants I intend to bring to 305MUN III, it is my responsibility to promptly inform the USG of Registration and Delegate Affairs, Aakash Singh, via email at 305munsecretariat@gmail.com. Acknowledgment of the adjustment will be confirmed through an official email response, which will serve as the finalization of the change.

Early Registration Fees
Please note that the following fees for Early Registration will apply to your delegation as follows:
  • $90/delegation
  • $80/delegates
  • $70/advisor
Fee Policy *
I acknowledge that I will be responsible for the fees listed on the 305MUN III Registration page per the invoice received from 305MUN III after the completion of this form.
Official 305MUN III Hotel Interest *
A block of hotel rooms will be reserved, within the hotel that the conference takes place in, for participants of 305MUN III. At this time, the specific hotel is To Be Determined. Once the hotel has been finalized, all registered schools will receive a confirmation with the name and location of the designated hotel, along with a secure booking link to reserve accommodations within the official room block.

For convenience, staying at the hotel the conference takes place at is highly recommended, though it is not obligatory. Delegations are free to choose alternative accommodations within the city, though a stay at the official hotel for the conference is strongly endorsed for ease of logistics. Additionally, if a delegation chooses to stay at an alternative accommodation, it should be noted that selecting lodgings beyond the suggested options may incur additional fees.

In order to gauge logistics, we are inquiring if your team is interested in staying at the official hotel (TBD). *Checking this section will not bind you to staying here*.
