Please complete this form to order a 2025 CQNW Hoodie or an additional T-Shirt. Remember that all campers receive one t-shirt included with the cost of their registration, and all volunteers receive one t-shirt at no cost. Use this order form to order extra shirts for yourself or family members.
Once your order is received we will send you a PayPal invoice. We must receive your payment via PayPal or other means prior to your order being considered complete. We prefer not to accept cash payments at the camp session!
Please place all orders before May 10th! All orders for hoodies and or additional t-shirts will need to be picked up in person at the July or August camp session.
