2024 ACE Competition: Volunteer Sign-Up

Sign up here to help out at the 2023-2024 ACE Student Design Competition & Celebration. Lunch and snacks will be provided for all volunteers. NOTE: If you are a mentor for one of the student design teams, please note that if you choose to volunteer, you will not be able to be with your students during that shift.

Date: Saturday, April 13th, 2024, 7am-5:00pm
Location: Kirksey Architecture

Attire: ACE t-shirt (if you have one), comfortable shoes

1. FULL 7:00am-11:00am: Set-Up + Registration

2. 10:00am - 2:00pm: Morning Round + Professional Fair + Lunch

3. FULL 1:00pm - 5:00pm: Afternoon Round + Clean-Up

What role would you prefer for the morning shift?

Timer - keep time of each presentation and indicate to teams how much time is left

Proctor - oversee one of the presentation rooms and be in charge of all related operations, including seeing to judges needs and assisting with tabulating scores

Runner - guide student teams to designated presentation room and ensure that presentations stay on schedule

Floater - help with various tasks throughout shift

Professional Fair Support - help set up booths, answer questions, clean-up
