RULES TO ADHERE SET-UP & UNLOADING- ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED ARRIVE BY 8:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS
• Main road will be closed by 10:00 AM. Vendors will not be allowed to enter after the road is closed with barricades. The event will begin promptly at 11:00 AM Sharp
• All vendors must be set-up and ready by 10AM
• Vendors will have spaces assigned at check-in and must set up in allotted space
• Tents must be no larger than 10 X 10 – unless allotted otherwise
• Weights must be placed on tent stands
• Vendor License is must placed at booth at all times (For food only)
• Company and personal vehicles must be parked in designated vendor spaces
• Break-down is to be done immediately after the event. You will be penalized if you leave before the event ends.
• Removal of trash is to be disposed properly
AGREEMENT
The undersigned participant in the above event hereby
agrees to remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge Cauley Square
Historic Railroad Village/FMV Family Limited Partnership and its owners. partners and
lessees (collectively known as “Cauley Square”), of and from all, and all
manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts, dues,
sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants,
contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages,
judgments, executions, Claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity,
which the participant ever had, now has, or which any personal Representative
successor, heir or assign of said participant, hereafter can, shall or may have
against Cauley Square/FMV Family Limited Partnership, for upon or by reason of
any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, with respect Cauley Square. The
participants are fully aware that no refunds will be made, unless event is
canceled. I have fully read the foregoing and hereby agree with its terms and
conditions. I have been informed not to execute this document without legal advice
and/or representation.
This agreement made and entered into the day signed. Between ________________________ and
FMV Family Limited Partnership.
