I assume all risks arising out of, or relating to, my child’s participation in LAITI practices and events. To the full extent permitted by law I voluntarily release and forever discharge LAITI, its directors, coaches and volunteers from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of, or relating to, my child’s participation in LAITI activities.
