Howdy! Thank you for your interest in applying to be a mentor for BMES' Mentorship Program.

Our Mentorship Program is designed to guide and advise freshmen and sophomores while they navigate their way through engineering courses at Texas A&M University. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to give underclassmen one-on-one advice, share your experiences in BMEN, and support BMES by earning points! Mentors are Seniors and Juniors while Mentees are Sophomores and Freshmen.

Because an education from TAMU leads to so many different career paths, we plan to host several meetings with staff and student speakers going over topics such as Research, Study Abroad, BMEN tracks, Grad School, Medical School, ETAM, and more!

Mentorship meetings will be held every Monday at 7:30 PM in ETB starting with a Mentorship Social on February 5th, 2024. Mentors will be requested to attend only the final 30 minutes of our meetings (8:00 PM to 8:30 PM) after the first meeting, but they are encouraged to attend the entire hour!
