Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with Art.13, Art. 6 (1)(a) and Art. 9 (2) (a, h) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April 2016 (EU Journal of Laws L 119 of 4th May 2016), I agree to the processing of my personal data in the following: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, country, city, voice and image, by the Administrator - ICSTS Dobrossidstvo, 14 Vynnychenka St., Lviv - in order to participate in the International Scientific Conference CAPITALIZATION OF THE EFFECTS OF PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED ON THE POLISH-UKRAINIAN BORDER IN THE EU FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE 2014-2020 and the documentation of the Programme in accordance with its principles. In accordance with Art.13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April 2016 (EU Journal of Laws L 119 of 4th May 2016), we inform you of the following:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is Administrator - ICSTS Dobrossidstvo, 14 Vynnychenka St., Lviv .
2. Your personal data will be used for the purposes of organizing the International Scientific Conference CAPITALIZATION OF THE EFFECTS OF PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED ON THE POLISH-UKRAINIAN BORDER IN THE EU FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE 2014-2020 as well as reporting activities of the Programme in accordance with Art.6 (1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27th April 2016.
3. The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities legally entitled to obtain and process personal data in compliance with the law: Administrator - ICSTS Dobrossidstvo, the European Commission, the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine, the Contractor of the event and its subcontractors.
4. Your personal data will be held for five years from the date of payment of the final balance within the Cross-border Cooperation Programme POLAND-BELARUS-UKRAINE 2014-2020.
5. Your personal data will not be used for profiling.
6. You have full legal rights to demand access from the Administrator to your personal data, to correct, delete, limit the processing, the right to object to the processing as well as to withdraw consent at any time, in accordance with the actual law.
7. You have the full legal right to launch a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
