·       You understand that if you are selected to be a judge, it will be both your responsibility and your choice to determine how you will travel to the event to judge.

·       You understand that if you are selected to be a judge at PPG Dallas/Fort Worth, it is entirely your choice whether to accept the position or decline it.

·       You are 18 years of age or older.

·       You understand that if you are selected that you will be required to verify your identity and eligibility to work in the United States and will have to fill out an IRS W-9 form and provide your legal information including social security number.

·       You understand that nothing in this application and nothing in communications between you, Pro-Play Games LLC, PPG Event Management (PPG), Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, and/or Bandai representatives or associates during the application processes is intended to create an offer of employment or contract of employment between aforementioned parties and you.

·       Judge compensation is $10 per hour and extras at the T.O.'s discretion.

·       Judge dress code is black pants, belt, socks and shoes.  If you do not have an official judge shirt one will be provided.
