TSHWANE ENTRANCE FORM - AUTUMN/WINTER  2024
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC REPLY REGARDING YOUR ENTRY, ONCE THIS FORM IS COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED YOUR TEAM WILL BE ENTERED AND LIABLE FOR ALL FEES. AS SOON AS FIXTURES ARE GENERATED ALL TEAMS WILL BE INFORMED.

The next league starts during April and May 2024. (Not all divisions will start on the same date). 
All games are currently played on Sundays apart from the night league. We are however looking for teams to enter a Saturday league and will start as soon as we have enough teams. 

Registration Fee: This fee is for your team and player's detail on the website and is paid to LMS Global. None of the registration fees go towards the franchise. This fee is payable every calendar year before games are scheduled. 

Registration fee for 2024: 
R1000 per team and receive a R1000 shirt voucher.
R750 per team and no voucher   

Day league Fees.
Individual eft payments. 
R145 per player (R10 admin fee per payment)

Game fees paid as a single payment is R1080 per team per game. (R135 per player per game)
Finals are charged at R400 per team per final. Beer or Gold Finals.
 
Game fees at a discounted rate of R1000 per game. This option is only available if the season is paid in full before the first match. Total for Summer Season 2023 works out to R11000 including registration and your team receives a R1000 kit voucher. This amount is worked out on a league with 10 teams and includes 9 league games and a playoff game. 10 games in total. There can be more or less teams in a division depending on the number of entries.
 
- Teams can only qualify for discounted rates if the full amount payable for the season is paid by the due date.  
- Teams need to be wearing official LMS shirts to receive clothing bonus points.

Payment structure for weather affected  games. (The following structure is worked on the normal game fee of R1080 per team per game) 
 
Game fees are payable before each game. The umpire will not start the game without payment.  
If games rain out in the first innings your team will be charged R150 for the start of the game. This is the cost of the umpire and the ball used. Your team will have a R930 credit towards your next game. 

If a game rains out in the second innings before 7 overs your team will be charged R300 for the start of the second innings This is the cost of the umpire and the balls used. Your team will have a R780 credit towards your next game. 

If a game rains out after 7 overs in the second innings the game will have a result and full payment will be taken. (7 overs need to be complete in the second innings to have a result) 

Games will not start before full payment has been received.

No refunds are available on games fees should your team decide to pull out during the season for whatever reason. There is also a penalty fee of R2000 to withdraw during a season.

  1. THE TEAM ORGANISER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL PAYMENTS FOR ALL MATCHES ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY MATCH. (Please see payment structure for rain affected games.) 
  2. ANY TEAM FORFEITING A MATCH WILL BE LIABLE FOR BOTH TEAMS FULL MATCH FEES AND MUST PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE NEXT GAME WILL BE SCHEDULED . (Teams canceling a game within 7 days of the fixture will forfeit.)
  3. A NO SHOW WILL ALSO RESULT IN A FORFEIT AND A WARNING. A SECOND NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT AND  SUSPENSION FROM THE LEAGUE. (This will include R2000 penalty fee)  
  4. TEAMS THAT WANT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE LEAGUE AFTER THE LEAGUE HAS STARTED WILL BE CHARGED A R2000 PENALTY FEE.
  5. LAST MAN STANDS TSHWANE HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION TO MOVE A TEAM WITHIN THE LEAGUES & MOVE MATCHES TO ALTERNATE VENUES. 
  6. WITH ANY RAINED OUT/CANCELLED MATCHES, MATCH FEES WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FOLLOWING GAME OR SEASON AND NOT BE REPAID. (Please see payment structure for rain affected games.) 
  7. FIXTURE TIME OR BYE REQUESTS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES  AND MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE FIXTURE DATE. 
  8. PLAYOFF QUALIFICATION RULE. A MINIMUM OF 1 MATCH MUST BE PLAYED BY EACH PLAYER IN THE CURRENT SEASON OR 3 GAMES IN PREVIOUS SEASONS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PLAYOFFS MATCHES. 
  9. ALL PLAYERS & TEAMS MUST ABIDE BY THE LMS FAIRPLAY STANDARDS AND NO BAD BEHAVIOUR FROM PLAYERS TOWARDS OTHER PLAYERS, UMPIRES, LMS TSHWANE OR VENUE STAFF WILL BE TOLERATED. 
  10. TEAMS ARRIVING LATE TO MATCHES WILL BE PENALISED UNDER  RULE NUMBER 15 - TEAMS ARRIVING LATE. https://www.lastmanstands.com/rules#lms-t20-rules-of-play
  11. LAST MAN STANDS TSHWANE DO NOT HAVE ANY PRACTICE FACILITIES OR CRICKET NETS. PLEASE  MAKE SURE THE VENUE ALLOWS PLAYERS TO USE CRICKET NETS. NO TEAM OR PLAYER CAN ARRANGE TO USE FACILITIES AT A VENUE UNDER THE LAST MAN STANDS TSHWANE NAME.  
  12. ANY DAMAGES TO PROPERTY CAUSED IN A GAME OF LAST MAN STANDS WILL BE FOR THE PLAYER THAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE OWN ACCOUNT. 
  13. All PLAYERS MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE GEAR AND IT IS COMPULSORY FOR ANY PLAYER YOUNGER THAT 18 TO WEAR A HELMET WHEN BATTING OR STANDING UP TO THE STUMPS IN THE WICKET KEEPER POSITION.

T&C * *I, THE ABOVE MENTIONED TEAM ORGANISER, HEREBY IRREVOCABLY INDEMNIFY AND KEEP INDEMNIFIED LASTMANSTANDS, ITS FRANCHISES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, UMPIRES AND THIRD-PARTY AGENTS AGAINST ALL LOSS (CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE), DAMAGE, INJURY AND OR DEATH, COSTS INCLUDING LEGAL COSTS, INTEREST AND EXPENSES WHICH LAST MAN STANDS, ITS FRANCHISES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND THIRD-PARTY AGENTS MAY HEREAFTER BE HELD LIABLE FOR, PAY, INCUR OR SUSTAIN IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTION, PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIM BEING INSTITUTED AGAINST IT BY ANY PARTY WHOMSOEVER, INCLUDING THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE MINOR CHILD, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF ALL LAST MAN STANDS FACILITIES IN RESPECT OF ALL PLAYERS INVOLVED IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED TEAM INCLUDING ALL MINORS. 
IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT LAST MAN STANDS, ITS FRANCHISES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND THIRD PARTY AGENTS IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION MAY RESOLVE ANY ACTION, PROCEEDINGS OR CLAIMS INSTITUTED AGAINST IT AND ALL TEAMS INCLUDING THE LEGAL GUARDIAN SHALL ABIDE AND PERFORM ACCORDINGLY. 
A) MATCH FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOU PLAY. 
B) ANY TEAM FORFEITING A MATCH WILL BE LIABLE FOR BOTH TEAMS FULL MATCH FEES AND MUST PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE NEXT GAME. 
C) PAYMENT FOR RAINED OUT GAMES WILL BE CREDITED PRO RATA PER OVERS PLAYED. 
D) TEAMS WITHDRAWING FROM THE LEAGUE WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE R2000 ADMIN/PENALTY FEE 
E) LASTMANSTANDS HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION TO MOVE A TEAM WITHIN THE LEAGUES & MOVE MATCHES TO ALTERNATE VENUES. 
F) THE TEAM ORGANISER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL PAYMENTS FOR ALL MATCHES ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY MATCH. AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF LAST MAN STANDS, FAILURE TO PAY MATCH FEES PRIOR TO A MATCH MAY RESULT IN THE MATCH NOT  STARTING  UNTIL THE MATCH FEES ARE PAID. THE TEAM ORGANISER SHALL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ALL AMOUNTS DUE FOR MATCHES PLAYED BY THE TEAM AS WELL AS FOR ALL AMOUNTS DUE AS A RESULT OF A TEAM WITHDRAWING IN TERMS OF (D) ABOVE. G) WITH ANY RAINED OUT/CANCELLED MATCHES, MATCH FEES WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FOLLOWING MATCH OR SEASON  AND NOT BE REPAID. H) FIXTURE AMENDMENT REQUESTS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES (A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A REQUEST TO BE CONSIDERED). 
I) A MINIMUM OF 1 MATCH MUST BE PLAYED BY EACH PLAYER IN THE CURRENT SEASON OR 3 MATCHES IN PREVIOUS SEASONS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PLAYOFFS MATCHES. 
J) ALL PLAYERS & TEAMS MUST ABIDE BY THE LMS FAIRPLAY STANDARD. 
K) THE TEAM ORGANISER AGREES THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY AS OF DATE OF ACCEPTANCE. SHOULD THERE BE ANY CONTRADICTIONS BETWEEN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, ANY PREVIOUS TERMS ANS CONDITIONS AND THOSE CONTAINED ON WWW.LASTMANSTANDS.COM WEBSITE THEN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY. 
L) LAST MAN STANDS EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO AFFECT ANY AMENDMENT OR ALTERATION TO THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION, INCLUDING PRICING AND RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION OF WWW.LASTMANSTANDS.COM AS WELL AS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. THE TEAM ORGANISER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FAMILIARISE THEMSELVES WITH ANY AMENDMENT OR ALTERATION AFFECTED. 

I hereby release and agree to LMS Tshwane harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of LMS Tshwane, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from LMS Tshwane. I understand that this release discharges LMS Tshwane from any liability or claim that I, my heirs ,or any personal representatives may have against the franchise with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from LMS Tshwane. This liability waiver and release extends to n together with all owners, partners, and employees.
