BBQ Cook-off Competitor Form
Day of Event Details:
Date: Sunday April 24th, 2022
Times: 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Location: Bel Passi Baseball Fields (4312 Roselle Ave, Modesto, CA 95357)
Competitors can choose to cook onsite OR bring dishes prepared.
All Tasting samples must be ready to serve by 2:45pm. First samples will be given to the judges prior to 3:00pm Event start time.
Be prepared to KNOW what your ingredients are if asked due to allergies for testing guests. (Note: It will be a requirement that ALL judges do not have any dietary restrictions or allergies).

# Competitors per category – Minimum of 10 signed up per Category & Maximum of 20 per Category
Competitors can compete in as many categories as they want ($50 per category OR $200 for all 5)
We will not collect the $50 competitor fee until we reach minimum # for the category. Invoices will be sent out.

*NOTE: Categories and # of competitors per categories are subject to change based on level of interest in event.
