2024 Summer of Fun Play for a Day Registration
Fill out this form if you will be using our drop-in daily care program rather than full-week camps. Please fill out a separate form for each additional child. If your children are not OLG students, you must also fill out the emergency forms under the camp forms tab. Camp Grade range groupings :
 pre-K - 2nd Grade & 3-6th Grade
Ages 4-12yrs

$60 per day  (Bring your own lunch)

$5 for  Before Camp Care

$15 for After Camp Care

Hourly Rate :
1 child - $20 per hour
each additional  child $15 per hour
