2024/2025 Flatwoods Forest School       Enrollment Application
Welcome and thank you for your interest in Flatwoods Forest School!
Please fill out this form completely.

Once we receive this completed application, please allow us time to contact you via email to schedule your interview onsite at the Florida Agricultural Museum. We will be holding interviews in April/May.  In this email you will also receive a link to pay an application fee. This fee will need to be paid before your interview appointment. 

In 2024/2025 we will be offering three classes.

Blazing Star Class- Monday and Wednesday 9:30-2:30 Ages 6-9 years old 
Goldenrod Class- Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-1:00 Ages 3-6 years old 
Huckleberry Class- Wednesday and Friday 9:00- 1:00 Ages 3-6 years old
