By marking “I agree”, I acknowledge that I understand that dancing can be a hazardous pursuit and can expose me to risks of personal injury, death, communicable diseases, illnesses, viruses (including but not limited to COVID-19) and that I will hold neither Twin Cities Balboa Connection, the House Party hosts, nor their staff or other representatives responsible for any injuries or sicknesses resulting from my participation in dance activity. I understand that all dancers should be covered by their own insurance policies, and, if injury or sickness occurs, my own policy is the only source of reimbursement. I hereby acknowledge that I am choosing to participate at my own risk.
