Follen's "Helping Hands" Easter Celebration

Follen's RE families and individuals have an opportunity to put their faith into action this Easter as we sponsor a Canned Food Drive and a "Birthday in a Bag" service project on Easter Sunday for the Middesex Human Service Agency. While the whole congregation is being asked to bring canned food to be used as part of our Children's Easter Hunt, we also need folks who can help with the following:

A. A complete bag of Birthday party supplies (needed by 10am on April 17, 2022.) Each bag should contain the
following:
1. Box of cake mix
2. Can of frosting
3. Small bottle of vegetable oil
4. Birthday candles
5. Generic birthday card for a child
6. An additional party item, such as birthday plates or napkins, banner, decoration

B. Donations of time:
1. Assist with our Children's Easter Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 17, 10am-11:30am
2. Assist with sorting donations after the Easter Service: April 17, 11:30am-12:30pm
3. Assist with loading and delivery of donations: Wednesday, April 20, 7:30-9:30am

Please note that teens are welcome and can use these activities for community service hours.
