SMS Girls Soccer - Fall 2020
The purpose of this form is to collect pre-season info from parents about how comfortable they are allowing their daughters to participate in soccer. We would like to offer some sort of activity for the girls, even if it's limited to practicing/footskills/inter-squad scrimmages. Please submit your feedback by noon on Saturday, Aug. 1
