GRPC Virtual Field Trip Request Form
This form is for the 2021-2022 Academic Year.

We appreciate your interest in a VIRTUAL (online) field trip with the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy!

Please complete this request form with as much information about your group as possible to help us coordinate your materials; some information is requested by our generous funders. Our Virtual Field Trips are different from our in-person field trip offerings; be sure to read the questions and information given thoroughly.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Field trip cancellations and/or modifications must be requested within five days of receiving your field trip materials to avoid any penalty.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Scholarship recipients will be required to submit feedback and student work examples; you'll receive more details if applicable. You can contact education@grpg.org with any questions or concerns - thank you!

NO DOUBLE FIELD TRIPS
We cannot allow registrations for "Double" Field Trips at this time. Our Virtual Field Trip requires us to be in communication with each teacher, as each teacher will receive access to their own Google Classroom with materials. Moreover, we need to schedule our Synchronous Session with each classroom teacher as well. Please ensure you are registering for your class ONLY and communicate with your grade-level partners that they must complete an application for their own class.
