This form will allow the coaches to gather the needed information to create and send a NICA Pit Zone and TeamSnap invitation to you. You are not considered registered and will not be able to ride with the team until the following steps have been completed:
1. Register in the NICA Pit Zone (complete the waivers, background check, and all level 1 training courses)
2. Accept the TeamSnap invitation and set your notification preferences
