Pop Up Market Vendor Application 

The Alberta Children’s Hospital is celebrating 100 years of Hope + Healing this year and we (TREC Dental) are hosting a fundraiser on Sunday, August 21, 2022 from 10am-2pm at the Wildwood Community Association.

At the same time, we are inviting local vendors to participate in our pop up market within the community center.  For a minimum $25 donation, you would receive a 6ft table in the Community Center.
