Nevada Thespians Guest Artist Workshop Contract
Nevada Thespians would like to thank you for your interest in presenting workshops at our State Conference on March 2nd-4th, 2023. Our schedule offers flexibility for offering workshops throughout the conference. If you are interested in presenting workshops on multiple topics, please list each class in the Workshop Title section below.  If you have different needs for each workshop, please list those in the Workshop Room/Needs sections below.

Please read the contract and check all available days that work for you to present your workshops. Once we have all of the information, we will begin to build our workshop schedule.  If your proposal is accepted, we will notify you of your schedule.

 Nevada Thespians uses the following fee structure to determine how Guest Artists are compensated:

Tier I: In-Radius
These presenters travel from within a 50-mile radius from Las Vegas, NV. They do not receive travel or hotel expenses but will receive meals while at the conference.

Workshop requirements: The presenter may present as many workshops as they choose and will be compensated at $35 per 55-minute workshop.

Note: all Tier I artists are requested to bring all equipment needed for their workshops (ie. aux cords, bluetooth speakers, laptops, extension cords, keyboards, power strips, etc. Additional materials may be provided by Nevada Thespians with prior approval.)

GUIDELINES AND UNDERSTANDING:  I have read and agree to the Nevada Thespians guidelines for Guest Artists.  I understand I will be compensated accordingly.  In order to receive compensation, I understand that I must check in and out at the guest artist registration desk and that any equipment borrowed from Nevada Thespians must be returned upon my departure/checkout.  I understand that if I must cancel and Nevada Thespians has purchased an airline ticket for me and/or reserved a hotel room for me, I will reimburse Nevada Thespians the full amount of purchases and processing fees for cancellation. I understand Nevada Thespians will run a background check on me.
