Fanfaire NYC vendors will be chosen by the High School of Art & Design PTA Executive Board based on a number of criteria, so please be thorough in filling out the form below.

We'll be contacting everyone on or by January 29th to let them know if their booth request is accepted.

We will email a confirmation to you within 4 days of your application. If you do not receive a confirmation within that time period or if you have any problems, questions, or concerns, please contact info@fanfairenyc.com

How to send us an image link:
Once an image is uploaded to a website, Instagram, Facebook, etc, you can right-click on the image. When the menu pops up, there's an an option to Copy Image Address. Select it and paste the link in the application form, or you can go with the Open Image in New Tab option and then copy that link from the search bar in the new window. Make sure the link ends in .jpg, .png, or .gif, and that the image is minimum 800px by 800px.
