Students involved in the Stage Crew class will prepare, build, and run American Fork Jr’s play productions, Cavetime movie, school events and rentals.

Stage Crew students are held to high expectations in both their work and behavior. Experience in theatre, building, sewing, art, lighting, sound, or leadership is helpful, but responsibility and a strong desire to learn and excel in stage technology are the most important qualities Stage Crew students must have.

I understand that theater is a huge time commitment. I am fully committed to attend every assigned rehearsal and performance. I will only be excused from rehearsals/performances if I arrange it with my instructor.

I promise to work hard, focus, and be a reliable fellow crew member. I am committed to passing my other school classes, and promise to be a great example of citizenship.

I understand that I will using tools including various saws. I will be responsible and safe.

I understand that I will be allowed in areas of the school that are restricted to other students. I will not allow any friends outside of stage crew into these areas.

I understand that if I am selected to be in Stage Crew and break any part of this agreement, I will be dismissed from the class.
