Thank you for your interest in "Lamenting Lent: Live, Love, Learn" with Leinani's Lifestyle!

The SECOND SESSION will take place this Saturday, March 15, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Rewick Board Room in the Church admin building.

During the six Saturdays of Lent, Nani Elm (church member and double board-certified holistic health practitioner and lifestyle coach) invites you on a journey of Wellness: Physically, Spiritually, Emotionally, Mentally, Socially, and Environmentally. There will be a bit of all these aspects in each session. In the first two sessions, you'll spend time assessing yourself, creating vision boards, settings goals and intentions which will help to inform the following sessions. While we hope you can attend all the sessions to get the full benefits, please just come as you are able!

Nani will share about her ongoing healing journey including practices that you can do to increase wellness (and even things you can eat!). You will be encouraged to try some of these wellness practices and document your own journey during Lent to see how God shows up and moves in your life.

Nani shares, "To me Lent is a time of removing obstacles, removing distractions, clearing clutter and chaos, and making space and time to reconnect with God, reaffirm our faith, and LISTEN for His voice, unobstructed. If our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and we want the Holy Spirit to dwell in us, then Lent is the perfect time to create a healthy (or healthier) place, our bodies, for the Holy Spirit to fill. And a healthier body allows for better hearing of God’s voice. Let us detox from that which is not of God and support and encourage each other in getting closer to Jesus and spreading HIS love hope and faith to everyone around us."
