BigHug-KARC (karc.bighug.org) is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with mission to serve Korean small-business owners and their family through outreaches and professional consultation and seminars. We are at early stage of the foundation and looking for passionate voluntary directors to join our cause on supporting equities to underserved business run by minority immigrants who often gets discriminated by misinformation and guidance due to language and cultural barriers. Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve main website developed in WordPress (karc.bighug.org)
- Create new contents upon requests or voluntarily as one finds appropriate
- Represents digital assets of the organization through emails and online conference calls
- Lead execution of monthly plans with other volunteers on website and social media
- Add announcements and follow-ups for the events with help of other volunteers
- Monthly newsletter preparation with other volunteers

Qualification
- Passion in learning web development and website management
- Passion in content development and social media management
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and partners
- Bilingual to Korean or extensive exposure to Korean culture
- Respect and compassion for underserved communities
- Passion in non-profit organization or entrepreneurship
