2024 Summer Development Program Registration
SUMMER DEVELOPMENT TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM 

(GRADE 9-ADULT)

Please note that we are only offering development memberships.  If an athlete wishes to pursue competition at the Athletics Ontario Championships and beyond, please let us know and we can add the additional membership fee.  The development membership still allows athletes to compete at the Wednesday night Twilight meets in Ottawa.

Dates & Times:  Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm.  Programming will start Monday, June 10th and run until Thursday, August 8th (excluding July 1 and August 5)

Discipline Schedules:

Sprints - Tuesdays & Thursdays

Hurdles - Tuesdays & Thursdays

Throws (Shot Put, Hammer Throw, Discus) - Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Cost: $225.00 payable via e-transfer to kingstontfc@gmail.com only. 

**Please note that travel, accommodation and meet fees are all additional and are the responsibility of the athlete. The KTFC registration fee includes training, Athletics Ontario development athlete membership fee and insurance.
