日本チェス連盟 Bye申請フォーム (Bye Request Form)
Bye（不戦）の申告は大会前日18:00まで受け付ける。事前申告Byeは0.5ポイント、期限以降の申告Byeは0ポイントとするが、最終1~2ラウンド(大会による)の申告Byeは全て0ポイントとする。(要項参照)
Bye requests will be accepted until 18:00 on the day before the tournament. 0.5 points will be awarded for pre-requested Byes, and 0 points for Bye requested after the deadline. The requested Bye for the final 1 or 2 round(s) (depending on the
tournament) shall be given 0 points. (See the tournament regulations)
