Axel Peterman (he/him) has been a forager since birth. Growing up in South Chicago, he concerned many a middle school teacher and camp counselor by eating things that he'd found on the lawn, and by teaching his friends about them. Since moving to the Ashland area in 2013, his enthusiasm for eating things off of lawns has only grown. Over the years he's taught many dozens of workshops (on foraging and other subjects), and loves sharing his knowledge and passion with his students.
