We are so excited for your children to join us this session for afterschool with WR Arts at PS 31. If you have been with us in the past, welcome back! If you are new, can't wait to meet your kids and the rest of your family.

Please fill out this form to confirm who is authorized to pick up you child during our dismissal times. This is in addition to the people you included as parents through the ActiveWorks Registration. If you would like to add family members, caregivers, or friends to your list, please do so through this form BEFORE our first day of class, January 2nd, 2024.

If in the future you would like to authorize additional pick up, you can email us at info@wrarts.org and let us know.

Please make sure to let everyone who is planning to pick up your child to bring a valid photo ID so our staff can double check with the authorized list. This includes parents.
