Before/on January 10 – Full refund, minus a $25 administrative    fee

After January 10 – No refunds

MEDICAL WITHDRAWAL (Medical Note Required)

Before/on 10 décembre – Full refund, minus a $25 administrative    fee

After le 10 février – No refunds

Please notify us of any withdrawals as soon as possible (even if the deadline for a refund has passed). This greatly facilitates the event preparation.
