Looking for energetic, confident, sports-minded people to referee dodgeball or act as a linesperson on a world level from August 31st-September 4th at the Dodgeball World Championships at the Saville Community Sports Centre in Edmonton, Alberta.

Applicants should have experience officiating dodgeball in the cloth or foam format, although training will be given to newcomers. Officiating experience in other sports is a definite asset.

This event will follow WDBF rules (http://www.worlddodgeballfederation.com/rules/). All referees will need to  complete their Level 1 certification.  Certification is not a huge time commitment and can be completed online for free. Rate of pay for Officials*: $15 per match (round robin and playoffs. Line Officials will be paid for medal games only.)
Job type: Contract

Referees and Line Officials will be provided with an official shirt and will have meals provided throughout the day.
