To begin the adoption process for a puppy , please fill out, sign and return form.  We require a $500 deposit to hold your place on the list.  The balance of $2000 is due when the puppy is 6 weeks old.  The deposit is non-refundable for any reason other than the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you.  

All puppies are sold on an enforceable spay/neuter contact and expected that the procedure must be done prior to 7 months of age with proof of surgery given to Hidden Lake Labradoodles.

Preferences:

Please note that while your preferences will most certainly be considered, the litters conceived will dictate what is available, and we cannot guarantee that all of your preferences will be available, however, we will make every attempt to provide you with the puppy of your dreams.

Responsibilities:
